Featuring three filtering layers for maximum protection and safety, these 3 ply masks provide defense against dust, allergens and pollen. Made from soft non-woven filter cloth that helps in easy breathing, these masks are healthy and safe to use both domestically and professionally. Specially crafted from melt-blown material that acts as a filter and stops smaller particles from entering the mask, it is comparatively safer and easier to breathe while wearing these disposable masks as compared to other masks available in the market.

These protective disposable masks are made through ultra-sonic technology to ensure protection without compromising on your comfort and convenience. With soft and comfortable elastic ear hooks and a flexible nose bar to effortlessly adjust any face shape and size, these masks will firmly stick to your face as you work or perform your usual chores indoors or outdoors.

Safety Mask (Total Protection)

This mask holds and covers your face by joining from four sides, it provides maximum protection by avoiding unfiltered air and other harmful particles from entering the face mask. Wearing protective face masks significantly reduce the risk and help in flattening out the curve.

Product Features :

These 3 Ply Masks are made up from a melt-blown material placed between non-woven fabric. The melt-blown material acts as filter that stops unfiltered air from entering the masks.

    Note: To remove the mask, always remove it from behind (don’t touch the front side of the mask). After removal, always ensure that the mask is disposed of in a closed bin immediately. Please wash your hands with soap and water or use hand sanitizer after discarding the mask.

     

    Shipping information

    Supply Disaster orders are delivered Monday to Sunday depending on your delivery option you selected at checkout. As every order is unique, shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items. For those last minute purchases, Express delivery is available to most destinations.

    All relevant delivery options available for your order and to your destination will be displayed at checkout.

    Shipping times

    We offer Free Ground Shipping within 5-7 days in USA.

    DHL EXPRESS: Most of Europe and USA: delivery within 2-4 days. Rest of the world: delivery within 3-7 days.

    UPS STANDARD: Only available within Europe: delivery within 5-7 days

    UPS EXPRESS SAVER: Most of Europe and USA: delivery within 2-4 days Rest of the world: delivery within 3-7 days.

    Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. Supply Disaster cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimise any potential delays.

    Duties & Taxes

    The cost of taxes and duties might not be included in your order, so you will need to pay any additional fees if you are located in any of the locations below:

    USA (if shipped from abroad), European Union, Canada, China, Australia, New Zealand, Puerto Rico, Switzerland, Singapore, Republic of Korea, Kuwait, Qatar, Israel, India, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, Thailand, U.A.E, Japan and Mexico.

    If you are ordering from within your own customs zone or country, import duties will not be applicable however you may need to pay VAT or local sales taxes.

    If a DAP (Delivery At Place) destination is selected (i.e. customers outside of the USA), the price you pay to Supply Disaster will exclude all relevant import duties and sales taxes. As the recipient of the order, you must instead pay these duties and taxes directly to our carrier to release your order from customs. As we are unable to advise the exact amount, we recommend contacting your local customs office or tax authority before placing a DAP order.

    Order Changes & Cancelations

    If you would like to make changes to your order or the arranged delivery time, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible and we will be happy to assist you in any way possible.

    If you miss a delivery, we will be in touch with you to arrange another suitable delivery date. If the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, we’ll return your order to our warehouse.

    We can attempt to cancel your purchase if you change your mind. Please visit our Returns & Refunds page for further information.

    Order Tracking

    After placing an order, you will receive an email from us containing all the details of your purchase. We may also be in touch if we need further information to verify your payment. Once your order is approved, we will aim to dispatch it within 1 business day.

    We’ll be sure to keep you updated with tracking information and an estimated arrival date. You can also follow the delivery progress under ‘My Orders’ in your Supply Disaster account.

    While we aim to always deliver within the specified times, we aren’t responsible for delays due to customs clearance or failed payment approval.

    Cancelations

    As your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible to cancel or make any changes to an order. While we’re unable to cancel an order once it has been processed by a New York Look partner, we offer a Free Returns service.

    Returns 
    Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

    Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods like masks, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

    • Some health and personal care items like Masks

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
    • Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery 

    Refunds (if applicable) 
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Sale items (if applicable) 
    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

    Exchanges (if applicable)

    Gifts 
    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
