Disinfectant
Safe and Non-Toxic Disinfectant Products
As recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO) disinfectants are effective against stopping the spread of coronavirus. The novel coronavirus (COVID-19) disease is mostly transmitted through direct contact with an infected person, through respiratory droplets, and through contaminated objects/surfaces.
Disinfectants are chemical agents designed to destroy microorganisms such as bacteria, viruses, and fungi on surface/objects. Generally, available in spray cans, bottled cleaners, or concrete (for mixing as needed) disinfectants can be used in the air as well as on solid surfaces. The disinfectant may contain alcohol, oxidizing agents, or a variety of other chemicals. Disinfectants are classified with high, intermediate, or low levels of effectiveness. The application of disinfectants depends on this classification.
In the current COVID-19 crisis, it is recommended to use disinfectant products frequently in homes, offices, organizations, etc. to stop the spread of coronavirus infection. Especially, for surfaces and objects like doors, handles, tables, chairs, light switches, keyboards, computers, etc. frequent cleaning using disinfectant products is required.
