What is Social Distancing?
Social distancing or physical distancing means reducing close contact with other people to slow the spread of the coronavirus. When you stay at home and avoid contact with other people as much as possible, you can prevent yourself and other people from becoming sick and help make sure of the availability of resources and supplies for infected people. For any reason, if you need to go out, stay at least 2 meters apart from other people and try to avoid crowded places.
As the number of COVID-19 cases increases worldwide, following preventive protocols has become more important than ever. Limiting the rise in new COVID-19 cases requires all of us to commit to proper precautionary measures and social distancing protocol. This is essential especially for older individuals and small children.
Do your part to flatten the curve and show your support for the healthcare workers and frontline warriors. Remember to follow social distancing, wash your hands frequently, and always wear a face mask when in crowded places.
