COVID-19 Safety Tips When Going Out
Following safety protocols is one of the best ways to protect yourself from the COVID-19 virus and avoid the risk of getting infected. If you go out, cover your face with a cloth face covering and avoid mass gatherings or crowded areas. Keep a distance of about 6 feet or 2 meters from other people outside your household, especially if you have a history of medical problems. Try to avoid close contact with people who are sick or show any symptoms of sickness. In addition to this, remember to keep your hands clean and follow good hand hygiene. Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, or use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer (minimum 60% alcohol) if soap and water are not available. Keep in mind all the safety guidelines while traveling and using public transport. Protecting your health and the people around you is worth it.
